Mr Alex and his team just finished painting the exterior of our home and they were FANTASTIC. Triple Quality Painting was highly recommended by a friend and the price was right. From the begging, when the business owner, Mr. Alex , came and gave us the bid we could already tell that this was someone who knew what he was doing and cared about quality. Triple Quality's crew spent a great deal of time doing what really counted. On the peeling west facing wall they scraped almost the whole side down to the bare wood siding. They filled in with elastomeric caulking on the siding, screwed down loose boards, more caulking around all the windows and doors, sanding, more patching......By the time they were done, it was as if we had hired a construction crew as well. Amazingly, each day they left the worksite spotless, their equipment neatly stacked in the backyard. The house got a full coat of primer and then two coats of finish. The trim was carefully painted and the front door sill got a fresh coat of varnish. His crew couldn't be more professional and considerate, not only in the painting work itself, but also in patching, taking care of existing furniture, clean-up etc. The house looks beautiful and neighbors came by to copy down 4 Stars number from the small sign in our yard. We highly recommend Mr. Alex and his crew, their quotes are 1/3 the price quoted by other companies and TQP's crew is friendly and professional. We will definitely use Triple Quality Painting again for our future exterior or interior painting projects. Great work and greater price. Thank you!

Triple Quality Painting did an exceptional job painting the exterior of the house..
TQP came out shortly after my call for a quote. I have already been through several Painters quotes at that point & was looking for the right people. I knew after talking to Alex & Dylan I have found the right company for the job. They gave me a folder (which no one else did) explaining everything from who they are to their family business license, insurance, bonding on & on. Very professional. A shout out to Michelle in the office. Alex painted a pretty picture of what this whole process would look like & Michelle sealed the deal with her knowledge and experience. She made me feel like they really cared & it was more than a job to them. José & crew painted the house with their expertise & José answered any & all questions & repaired anything with a smile on his face. Luden always greeted me with a smile & assured me everything would fine. Even when I was nervous & wasn’t sure of my paint choices or other things going on at the time. The Team was there to assure me to sit back & let them do their job & I will be very happy & I sure was!! Overall, I would highly recommend TQP to anyone & already have. They arrive at the homes when they are scheduled to come , and do an excellent job with cleaning, painting and waterproofing over 63 villas not to mention cleaning our spanish roofs. On behalf of all the board, we want to salute Triple Quality Painting for a fine and progressive completion on all six buildings. Your crew was here from the first day till completion, not to mention the circumstances you came into. Your crew took over gracefully and professionally. We were impressed with the way you sealed the back wall of building #3 three times and then waterproofed it to resolve our problem with water intrusion.
Extremely Pleased
From the initial conversation on the phone with Michelle, things just progressed into a great overall experience. Alex made his way to our home and our face-to-face with him made us feel like we had known him for years. We had gone through a nightmare of an experience with a general contractor that put on the defense and caused us to be extremely cautious. We made up a questionnaire to make sure we were comparing apples to apples. Alex answered each question very graciously and made sure we covered every detail before he left. His estimate was very competitive, but his attitude and personality were what won the contract. The HOA goes through a lengthy process and Triple-Quality Painting was very patient with us. Once the approval was granted the date was set, and within a week, Shane the foreman, walked us through the process and covered every detail. Cesar and Carmen were at our front door early in the morning, as promised. After a small weather delay they began the preparations. Pressure washing, filling cracks and holes and taping up all the windows. They meticulously painted our home as if it was their own and cleaning up as if there had not been there. The next morning, we noticed some small stains on our patio that concerned us, and after attempting to remove them ourselves, we ended up calling Shane. He immediately called Cesar. Within a couple of hours, Cesar was at our home with the pressure washer hooked up and after removing the small stains, he continued to do all the tiled surface. Triple-Quality Painting lived up to their reputation and surpassed our expectations. If you are looking for a credible organization to paint your home, then look no further! We highly recommend their five-star service!
